**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at The Local Place Bakery and Cafe. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of employees to provide excellent customer service and high-quality food products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and develop a team of employees through coaching, training, and mentorship.
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in weekly manager meetings to discuss sales, customer feedback, and employee performance.
  • Work a rotating schedule, including open, mid, and closing shifts as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Proficient in English with clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math and common-sense reasoning ability.
  • Phenomenal customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to see what is needed to be done with little direction.
  • Ability to model, coach, and enforce company values, human and food safety, and sanitation.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
