Inventory Management Specialist

Position Overview:
Job Title: Master Planner 1
Employment Type: Contract
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Compensation: $35 - $45 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Core Duties:
Conduct planning functions utilizing systems such as SAP, O9, and Agile.
Evaluate inventory levels across global locations.
Review backlog and backorder reports daily to ensure proper inventory allocation.
Identify potential supply chain risks and inventory vulnerabilities by aligning supply chain operations with production milestones.
Implement necessary corrective measures as required.
Collaborate with Purchasing and Engineering teams to fulfill ECO implementation requirements.
Take proactive steps to meet established Distribution Planning metrics.
Oversee and modify material master parameters within SAP.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data for reporting and apply mathematical techniques in practical scenarios.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work autonomously in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
Capable of handling multiple high-priority assignments while meeting strict deadlines.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP, Agile, O9, and MS Office.
