Job Title: Stores Clerk - Inventory

Job Summary:

FM Industries is a leading manufacturing solutions provider of manufacturing services for the semiconductor capital equipment market. We specialize in build to print, precision machined components, anodization, and engineered thermal spray coatings. As a Stores Clerk - Inventory, you will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory records and perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
  • Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust the system as necessary.
  • Complete jobs ensuring all operations and materials are completed.
  • Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
  • Perform routine clerical assignments, including filling invoices and maintaining records.
  • Comply with applicable environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations, company policy, and accepted safe work practices.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of ERP software (Epicor preferred).
  • Six months of inventory and warehousing experience preferred.
  • Forklift operator certificate a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
