BCforward is currently in search of a diligent and detail-oriented Parts Inventory Specialist. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient management of automotive and heavy equipment parts.

Contract Duration: 3 Months
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract, On-Site
Compensation: $19.00 - $21.33 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Role ResponsibilitiesThe Parts Inventory Specialist will be responsible for:
- Parts Management: Receiving, inspecting, stocking, and distributing a diverse range of automotive and heavy equipment parts.
- Order Verification: Ensuring the accuracy of incoming parts and supplies by cross-referencing with invoices and packing slips.
- Customer Support: Delivering exceptional service by addressing inquiries and fulfilling parts requests for technicians and customers.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the supply area organized and tidy to promote efficiency.
- Administrative Duties: Accurately completing documentation and entering data into computer systems.
- Computer Proficiency: Utilizing software applications for various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in managing automotive or heavy equipment parts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Basic computer skills, particularly with Google Workspace.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience in parts supply operations is required.
