Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our Amazon US 3P storefront business in collaboration with partner agencies and cross-team key stakeholders.
  • Grow the digital wholesale channel, increasing sell-in, sell-out, and overall market share of Elvie products.
  • Improve the financial performance of assigned key digital accounts, with initial focus on Amazon US.
  • Work closely with regional sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance availability, IPI, brand presence, product listing content, A+ content, consumer experience, reviews, and ratings.
  • Optimize on-site search, improve visibility/findability of Elvie products.
  • Manage search ads, digital advertising campaigns, and buy-box optimization.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance, identifying risk-mitigating actions in case of performance challenges.
  • Perform site audits, competitor analysis, and strive for category leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize inventory management, stock holding caps, returns, and unauthorized 3P sellers management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of digital marketplace experience in buying, sales, category management, or operations.
  • Experience managing and optimizing a 3P (Third-Party) storefront on Amazon Marketplace.
  • Prior experience setting up, maintaining, and optimizing Amazon Advertising campaigns.
  • Proficient with Excel and various web analytics tools and metrics.
  • Acute attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of wider digital channels and environment.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports.
  • Proven track record of delivering on ambitious growth targets.
  • Strong influencing skills to effectively manage interdependencies and projects with other teams.
  • Prior experience with PPC advertising, including keyword research and A/B testing copy, a plus.
  • High degree of commercial and business acumen.
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience across global markets, a plus.
  • University degree or equivalent.
