Team Overview

Our team oversees the comprehensive lifecycle of Advertiser Account Management, which includes Registration and detailed Access Control. We are advancing the next-generation Advertiser Registration and Account Management systems, similar to the AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) service. These systems are setting new standards in terms of storage capacity, data processing, and real-time data propagation.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager will lead multiple initiatives through strategic influence. The team thrives on innovation and collaborates extensively with various partner teams. The Program Manager will be accountable for delivering Ads Identity and Access Management solutions and will play a pivotal role in driving these essential initiatives, enabling Amazon to create exceptional products for our customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management
  • 3+ years of experience in software development
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, working directly with software engineering teams
  • Proven experience in managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience in constructing and assessing system-level technical designs
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product and technical roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, as well as risk and critical path management
  • Experience in defining KPIs/SLAs that drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the labor costs across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon offers a comprehensive compensation package, which may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and other forms of compensation, alongside a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
