Job Overview: We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our digital advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing paid social media campaigns, with a deep understanding of best practices in social media advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Paid Social Media Campaigns: Design, execute, and manage performance-driven paid social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other social channels. Focus on driving traffic, increasing conversions, and optimizing ad spend.
- Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with our ad creative team to design and optimize ad creatives. Ensure that ad content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Use multiple sources of data, including platform, multi-touch attribution, and survey data to drive performance improvements.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media advertising. Implement new strategies and techniques to maintain competitive advantage.
- Support Marketing Projects: Support the planning and execution of marketing projects and efforts.
- Present Campaign Performance: Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance and key metrics to senior leadership. Highlight key insights, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders. Ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with brand goals and strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid social media campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok, and other paid social platforms. Proven success in driving growth and optimizing campaign performance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in social media advertising tools and platforms, along with external measurement platforms such as Northbeam, TripleWhale, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad content and messaging that drives results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to communicate complicated quantitative insights in an actionable, understandable format.
- (Preferred) Experience using BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
