Position Summary:The Marketing Growth Specialist plays a crucial role in managing DailyPay's user communication initiatives. Reporting directly to the head of B2C marketing, this position is tasked with overseeing and executing comprehensive communication campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications. The role aims to enhance user adoption through a combination of strategic processes and growth initiatives, collaborating with departments such as R&D, Product, Marketing, Partner Success, Sales, Operations, and the Executive Office. This is a hands-on position focused on strategy, tactics, and execution. The ideal candidate should possess a background in user acquisition or data-driven marketing, complemented by strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in communication, analytics, and reporting tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and execute growth campaigns and A/B testing across all client communication channels (email, SMS, push notifications) utilizing Iterable.
- Assume responsibility for ongoing campaigns currently in the market.
- Lead the creation, execution, and prioritization of new campaigns.
- Establish and achieve revenue and KPI objectives.
- Compile data reports and analyses of all campaign outcomes for use by various departments.
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to provide necessary support for maximizing value from growth campaigns.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on DailyPay growth campaigns and advocate for growth initiatives both internally and externally.
- 2-3 years of experience in growth marketing, ideally within a B2C, technology, or finance environment.
- Proven experience in managing and executing communication campaigns.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating efforts among diverse business stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically about growth and prioritize daily tasks accordingly.
- Experience with the Iterable communications platform is a significant advantage.

Compensation Transparency: DailyPay adopts a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary based on geographic location. Salary ranges are categorized by geographic tier according to a labor cost index. Additionally, this role may qualify for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Placement within the compensation range is determined by demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
