The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive business growth. This will involve creating and executing innovative and engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and events.
The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and agencies to conceptualize and implement creative campaigns that will elevate our brand. This will include analyzing market trends, conducting research on competitors, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
This is a full-time position based in our headquarters, with a hybrid work schedule of 3-4 office days per week.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive business growth
- Create and execute innovative and engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and events
- Develop and execute scripts for all content to ensure consistency and effectiveness
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals
- Create and schedule engaging content across multiple social platforms, including posts, stories, and videos
- Monitor social media trends and leverage them to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Engage with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create cohesive campaigns
- Measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Oversee the brand's social media accounts' design elements, such as profile pictures, cover photos, and layouts
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand brand reach
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in social media communications
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on analytics and performance indicators
