We are seeking a dedicated and creative Communications Associate to enhance our brand visibility and develop impactful communication strategies. The ideal candidate will support the development of marketing campaigns, manage client relationships, and ensure all messaging aligns with our brand's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication plans to support events and brand initiatives.
  • Create and edit engaging written content, including press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Coordinate marketing materials for events, including presentations, brochures, and branding assets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and media outlets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Organize and manage client communications, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or event planning.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
