About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Principal Client Partner to join our team in Slalom Los Angeles. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to help clients within the Media & Communications industries meet their objectives while ensuring high-quality delivery of the entire suite of Slalom offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning direct revenue responsibility of $2.5m+
  • Managing individual and team utilization range depending on client needs - individual utilization target of 60%
  • Responsible for profitability of assigned local accounts (revenue & utilization goals)
  • Identifying opportunities for growth/maturation of Slalom offerings and setting the strategic direction
  • Providing oversight and governance of all sold/managed engagements
  • Driving business development with the proper information (creation of SOW, RFP responses), tools, and subject matter expertise to sell engagements within the vertical
  • Developing & delivering best practices, delivery templates, and POV papers
  • Obtaining and maintaining certification where appropriate (CSM, PMP, ITIL, Prosci, etc.)
  • Maintaining awareness of industry best practices and understanding how Slalom capabilities interact
  • Overseeing project delivery quality assurance
  • Facilitating client satisfaction surveys
  • Supporting recruiting and onboarding of new employees
  • Collaborating with local and national strategy initiatives
About You
  • Client management/leadership experience, ideally within a formal management consulting environment
  • The ability to effectively balance business development, contracting/negotiating, solutioning, client engagement, delivery excellence enablement, operations/financial management, and team/people management all in a single role
  • Advanced project delivery, including all aspects of project/program management
  • Previous P&L ownership and responsibilities
  • Active and transferable relationships within Media, Entertainment & Communications industries
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary pay range of $153,000 to $237,000
