About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive strategic growth and expansion of our data capabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive data-driven approach to penetrate, expand, and deliver our best-in-class data capabilities to key business opportunities.

You will collaborate with leadership to develop, execute, and refine the growth strategy, in alignment with the company's overall strategic plans. Additionally, you will establish teaming strategies and competitive pricing structures to create profitable returns at winning costs.

Foster a culture of trust, communication, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop, maintain, and update the pipeline of new opportunities. Deliver on financial performance commitments and build strategic market growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven leader with 7+ years of related business development experience in the Intelligence Community.
  • Active TS Clearance and eligible for SCI Clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a marketing, technical, or business-related discipline.
