Dell's Direct Sales team is dedicated to transforming opportunities into action every day. As a Sales Executive, Business Development, you will focus on developing relationships with end-users of organizations and generating meaningful sales. You will be the direct line between Dell's innovative portfolio of product solutions and the desks of satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new accounts or expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory or product line.
- Build strong customer relationships in the field while ensuring a great customer experience for all.
- Help create market, business unit, or product line business plans to capitalize on current or future market trends or achieve operational efficiencies.
- Work closely with senior management on a wide range of critical issues.
- Identify product strategies for Dell's approach to various customers and industries.
- Conduct competitor assessments and evolution of profit pools.
Requirements
- Experience selling technology solutions.
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
- Good communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills and ability to provide insight to senior management.
- Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management.
- 0-2 years of outside sales experience.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
Compensation and Benefits
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $139,400 - $180,400 (includes base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split). Dell offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
