About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for selling automation solutions to large enterprises, BPOs, and Shared Services operations. You will work closely with our partners, peers, and SS&C ecosystem to expand our market share by maintaining and generating new opportunities in aligned accounts and greenfield territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Sell automation solutions to large enterprises, BPOs, and Shared Services operations.
  • Account Management: Develop deep understanding of aligned accounts and develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our market share in aligned accounts and greenfield territories.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our partners, peers, and SS&C ecosystem to achieve sales goals.
  • Forecasting: Maintain accurate forecasts to ensure management can properly plan for growth.
  • Travel: Travel up to 60% of the time to meet with clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years of sales experience.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in new business sales, complex solution sales cycles, and solution selling.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent relationship building skills to develop long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sales campaigns and forecasts.
