As a Front Desk Assistant at Rose Care Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all interactions are professional, friendly, and efficient. With a Monday to Friday schedule from 8am-5pm, you will have the flexibility to work holidays while maintaining a clear distinction between your personal and professional life.

We require reliable transportation as it is essential for completing daily tasks and interacting with residents in various locations around the facility. Proficiency in technological and computer skills is also crucial for communicating efficiently with family members, residents, third parties, and management via phone calls, emails, or other digital platforms. A clear background check and health screening, including a negative TB test result, are mandatory prerequisites for this position.

This role demands an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively managing multiple priorities and responsibilities simultaneously. It involves facilitating resident appointments, preparing prospective resident contracts, and updating care plans and paperwork with precision and accuracy. Additionally, it encompasses conducting facility tours, answering customer service calls, directing inquiries to relevant departments, and collaborating with colleagues to address any arising issues.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,000, commensurate with experience. If you possess a US work authorization, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least three years of customer service experience, we encourage you to apply. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion are also required.
