We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at Azul Hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, answer phone calls, and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including registration, check-out, and cashiering, ensuring all transactions are accurate and efficient.
  • Guest Communication: Communicate with guests regarding room assignments, special requests, and any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including resolving issues and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 45 pounds, and push/pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 pounds. The ideal candidate will also possess basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, PBX, Key system, and POS.
