As a respected leader in the hospitality industry, CordeValle is seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work in a luxurious setting, providing exceptional service to our guests and members.

Job Description:

The Assistant Front Office Manager will report directly to the Front Office Manager and will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the front office department, including the front desk, concierge, bell services, and valet. You will also be responsible for addressing guest and member concerns and requests, as well as supporting the recruitment, training, and mentoring of front office associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in overseeing daily operations of the front office department.
  • Support the Front Office Manager in recruiting, training, and mentoring front office associates.
  • Address guest and member concerns, requests, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of front office supplies.
  • Oversee daily cash handling and accurate accounting for transactions conducted at the front desk.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of front office experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding service to guests and members.

The estimated salary for this position is around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
