Job Description: Front Desk Support Assistant

Apex Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Front Desk team, manage confidential information, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Assignment

This is a short-term assignment of 4 weeks, commencing on November 1st, providing vacation coverage for our Front Desk Representative position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing confidential information, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage confidential information, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • 2 years of secretarial experience, preferably in an office setting.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
