Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Support Specialist to deliver exceptional guest experiences at MARANA 3 LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-ins, resolving issues promptly, and providing personalized attention to guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Register and assign rooms to guests accurately, maintaining optimal guest satisfaction and ensuring efficient room management.
  • Confirm reservations through various channels, maintaining up-to-date records and preventing overbooking.
  • Respond promptly to guest needs, requests, and complaints, demonstrating empathy and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collect payment from departing guests securely, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of occupied rooms and guests, utilizing property management systems effectively.
  • Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service, front desk service, or related fields is essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to build rapport with guests is crucial, as you will interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and managers.

Estimated Salary: $52,500 - $72,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
