Industrial Account Executive

As an Industrial Account Executive at Tradesmen International, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts in the Major Accounts / Industrial sector for our services. You will educate contractors about our value proposition and locate and bring in new business, as well as maintain client relationships that increase the usage of our services and workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue, including cold-calling and client management.
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers and conduct information-only presentations, such as trade show demonstrations.
- Maintain current and develop new business opportunities and client partnerships.
- Problem solve customer requests and resolve issues.
- Drive client satisfaction through personal accountability and a results mentality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Ability to build strong relationships with field employees.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems.
- Experience cold calling, canvassing a territory, and generating new business leads.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
