Job Title: Account Executive

Join DISH Wireless as an Account Executive and take on a pivotal role in driving performance within a designated territory encompassing Boost Mobile stores in Central Pennsylvania. As a trusted resource and advocate for retail partners, you will be responsible for cultivating valuable relationships throughout the territory with various stakeholders, including external partners, internal teams, and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and training through role plays and side-by-side selling with sales reps.
  • Drive marketing campaigns and inspect retail store performance.
  • Make daily calls to stores to boost sales performance and handle customer escalations.
  • Ensure Boost brand standards are maintained across all stores in the territory.
  • Identify new retail locations using local knowledge and real estate contacts.
  • Implement strategies to exceed sales quotas and maintain expert knowledge of Boost products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school.
  • 4+ years of sales and/or account management experience.
  • 3+ years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management.
  • 1+ years selling wireless products or services.

We offer a competitive salary range of $58,656.00/Year - $70,300.00/Year, as well as versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan. The base pay range shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies.
