Program Management Intern Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Program Management Intern. This role will provide opportunities to gain hands-on experience in project and program management, working closely with our experienced team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects and programs
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project decisions
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and reports

Requirements

  • Strong interest in Project and Program Management
  • Excellent academic aptitude and grades
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Close attention to detail
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be a US Citizen

Work Environment

  • This role will interact in a professional office environment and a manufacturing/machine shop environment
  • Travel is not expected for this position

Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
  • The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, and to use hands to finger, handle or feel
  • The employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, stoop, or crouch, and move about the facility
  • The employee may be required to lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds

Education

At least 2 years towards a Bachelor's degree is required as a minimum, Engineering, Business, or other Science major preferred.

This position is at our Parsippany, NJ office location.
