Position Overview

A reputable financial services organization is seeking to onboard an entry-level Office Support Specialist. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage routine office tasks including filing, copying, faxing, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring effective communication.
  • Assist with written correspondence, including memos and letters, along with data entry tasks.
  • Provide support to C-Level Executives as required.

Qualifications:
