Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first positive point of contact for the Maxx Fitness facility;
  • Engage with customers via phone and in-person to provide information about memberships and services;
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved effectively;
  • Complete membership applications, manage address changes, and process service discontinuation requests using check-in systems;
  • Follow up with customers to address inquiries;
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming facility;
  • Build rapport with customers to facilitate sales of new memberships or additional services;
  • Greet and farewell members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner;
  • Anticipate member needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all members;
  • Provide courteous and efficient telephone service, ensuring accurate information is delivered;
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns, ensuring a pleasant experience.

  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule;
  • Exceptional customer service skills, preferably in the fitness sector;
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking, and energetic personality;
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older;
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  • Six months of face-to-face customer service experience in a retail setting required, or one year of fitness experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift;
  • Open availability to work 20-25 hours weekly;
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  • Certification as a Fitness Trainer or Instructor preferred.
