Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, creating a positive impression of the Maxx Fitness facility.
- Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to provide information about memberships and services.
- Ensure customer issues are addressed and resolved effectively.
- Process membership applications, update records, and manage service requests using check-in systems.
- Follow up with customers to address inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Build rapport with customers to encourage membership sales and additional services.
- Greet and farewell members in a professional and friendly manner.
- Anticipate and respond to member needs promptly.
- Provide efficient and knowledgeable telephone service, ensuring accurate information is conveyed.
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns, ensuring a pleasant experience.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ideally in the fitness sector.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Six months of face-to-face customer service experience in a retail setting is required; one year of fitness experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift.
- Open availability to work 20-25 hours per week.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Certification as a Fitness Trainer or Instructor is preferred.
