  • Act as a liaison between corporate and brand HR teams on various initiatives.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of Employment Law and its practical applications.
  • Oversee the preparation and organization of data for government programs, including AAP and EEOC compliance.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to equal opportunity, ADA, FMLA, OFCCP, and Wage and Hour is essential.
  • General understanding of Profit and Loss statements, including budget processes.
