Role Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong employee relationships and facilitate both informal and formal training sessions.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes for non-exempt roles.
  • Promote a positive work environment by advising and coaching employees.
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to assess employee compensation packages and support salary recommendations in line with policy.
  • Interpret and implement HR policies and programs to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate and brand HR teams on various initiatives.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of Employment Law and its practical applications.
  • Oversee the preparation and organization of data for government programs, including AAP and EEOC compliance.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

  • General understanding of Profit and Loss statements, including budget processes.
