Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the Key Account Manager for Amazon, this role is essential in providing administrative and account support for all Chervon initiatives on the Amazon platform.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate all Amazon-related activities concerning Chervon promotions.
  • Oversee the setup of new products on Amazon, collaborating with the E-commerce team to ensure compliance with A+ Premium content standards.
  • Manage purchase order processing from Amazon, coordinating with finance and operations to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure timely shipments, and secure prompt payments.
  • Assist in generating management reports detailing Amazon activities, including sales performance, inventory forecasting, and other critical metrics.
  • Conduct competitive analysis on Amazon.
  • Monitor and report on intellectual property rights issues on Amazon, including counterfeit products and unauthorized use of images and content.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key Amazon personnel in relevant departments to ensure seamless account operations.
  • Organize meetings between Chervon and Amazon, including agenda preparation and logistical arrangements.
  • Collaborate with the Amazon Back End Account Management (BEAM) team on promotions, budget management, and analytical needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data processing and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce.
  • Prior experience with a company selling on Amazon is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of online business principles.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
