Job Title: Account Payable Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all company and accounts payable policies and procedures are consistently applied.
  • Obtain completed W-9s for all vendor setups and/or changes as per IRS regulations.
  • Execute and monitor established departmental reporting processes to identify problems and/or errors, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Aid in the completion of processes specific to the entry and/or upload invoices into utilized systems for processing.
  • Verify the authorization of invoices processed meet established policies and guidelines.
  • Aid in the execution of processes specific to the resolution of accounts payable issues and the generation of daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports within the department.
  • Support system and process enhancements related to Accounts Payable.
  • Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

This is a hybrid role, requiring availability to work in the Naperville, IL office 1-2 times a week. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • Minimum HS Diploma or GED, with previous experience in a similar role/field a plus.
  • Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and related regulations.
  • Ability to adjust or alter workflow to meet deadlines.
  • Communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to process complex instructions and translate them into a series of problem-solving steps.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to job responsibilities, including MS Office.

Pay Range: $17 - $20/hr. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience, and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity.
