Job Overview

Chervon North America is seeking a highly motivated and organized Amazon Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and administering all Chervon activities on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all Amazon-related activities, including promotions and product launches
  • Set up new items on Amazon, ensuring accurate content and digital assets
  • Process purchase orders from Amazon and G10, collaborating with finance and operations teams
  • Produce regular reports on Amazon activities, including sales performance, forecasting, and inventory management
  • Research competitive activity on Amazon and recommend marketing strategies
  • Monitor intellectual property rights on Amazon, identifying and addressing potential issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon personnel, including vendor managers and customer success managers
  • Manage new projects identified by Amazon and Chervon, focusing on operational efficiencies and product margins
  • Coordinate meetings between Chervon and Amazon, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce
  • Previous experience at a company selling on Amazon preferred
  • Working knowledge of online business fundamentals
  • Demonstrated experience and productivity in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
