**Position Overview**
As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing relationships with our broker partners. You will be responsible for overseeing group health insurance accounts, ensuring broker/client satisfaction, and assisting in the delivery of tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned employee benefits brokers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker partners, understanding their needs and providing expert advice.
- Manage the renewal process, including participating in negotiating terms and processing group renewal changes in carrier portals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and market developments to offer informed recommendations.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in group health insurance account management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of health insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with insurance management software.
- Arizona life & health license (required for interview and position).
