We are looking to enhance our team by hiring a Compensation and Benefits Strategy Manager who will lead our initiatives in compensation and benefits. In this role, you will be responsible for developing programs related to health, wellness, engagement, pay, and retirement to attract and retain exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and creating compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives for CCMC
  • Ensuring adherence to legal standards regarding compensation, retirement, and benefits
  • Managing annual merit awards, performance bonuses, and employee total rewards communications
  • Implementing controls for job descriptions, FLSA classifications, and more
  • Overseeing leave requests, disability claims, and relationships with benefit vendors
  • Handling compliance responsibilities such as 5500 filings, 401k testing, and legislative mandates
  • Enhancing processes through automation to improve the employee experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, accounting, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in total rewards, encompassing compensation and benefits
  • At least 4 years of leadership experience
  • Familiarity with HRIS software (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
  • Experience with self-insured medical plans
  • Preferred professional certifications (CCP, CBP, CEBS)
  • Experience with multi-state benefits and compensation is advantageous
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
