- Bachelor's Degree. Master's degree preferred.
- 5-7+ years of experience in sales planning/trade marketing/promotional management/category management/insights strongly preferred.
- Experience with Syndicated Data sources (IRI Circana, Nielsen, SPINS, etc).
- Excellent organizational skills – self-starter with ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to implement feedback and insights from sales & marketing.
- Proven ability to synthesize information, form rational conclusions, and deliver recommendations leveraging facts.
- Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to senior leadership, sales, and key stakeholders.
