About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join Hill-Rom Company, Inc. as an Account Executive - Respiratory Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Respiratory Health products to clients, including hospitals, physician offices, clinics, home care, and long-term care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Manage a territory consisting of verified targets
  • Prospect for new business (15-20% of time)
  • Develop and implement a territory business plan and sales strategy
  • Communicate Baxter's competitive differentiation to improve sales and convert competitive accounts
  • Complete company reports, plans, and projects in accordance with company standards and expected deadlines
  • Understand and comply with company and regulatory/compliance policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • B.S./B.A. or 2+ years proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, pharma, DME, medical equipment, or as a healthcare leader in a clinical environment
  • Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) preferred
  • Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business and/or budgeting
  • Demonstrated strategic selling skills (strategy development and execution)
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Valid driver's license required

What We Offer:

At Hill-Rom Company, Inc., we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $60,000 to $132,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills, and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
