Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Le Creuset. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our store team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet company sales, service, and KPI goals to support the success of the store team
  • Utilize the Recipe for Successful Selling approach while interacting with customers, promoting in-store promotions, contests, and incentives
  • Deliver a joyful customer experience by adding customers to Personal Trade, utilizing and demonstrating product knowledge, and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Execute and maintain store standards, including visual standards, store merchandising practices, and inventory control activities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior sales or customer service experience
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 25 lbs
  • Flexibility in scheduling to the needs of the business, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays
