Position Overview:
The Logistics Account Manager will provide essential support to NAVSEA and related PEO acquisition and sustainment commands by overseeing life cycle logistics planning and execution. This role involves applying advanced principles, theories, and concepts to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions. The individual will operate with significant autonomy in decision-making and will also mentor or supervise team members in both operational and technical areas.
Essential Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in a NAVSEA, NAVWAR, or NAVAIR PMO in roles such as Product Support Manager, Deputy PSM, or Life Cycle Logistician.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in NAVSEA, NAVAIR, or NAVWAR Program Management.
- Comprehensive understanding of DoD 5000 and the expectations for Product Support Managers.
- Proven ability to lead teams and meet program objectives.
- Possession of a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a Business or Engineering discipline.
- DAWIA Level III certification in Life Cycle Logistics or Program Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Product Support Manager or Deputy Product Support Manager within a NAVSEA affiliated PMO.
- Familiarity with private sector proposal development.
- Ability to identify and lead business growth opportunities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Top Secret clearance.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- DAWIA Level III certifications.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

The salary for this position is influenced by various factors, including location, education, skills, competencies, experience, and contract-specific affordability. The projected compensation range for this role is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annually. This range reflects the typical salary for this position and is one aspect of Booz Allen's total compensation package.
Work Environment:
Our people-first culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site facility. If listed as onsite, in-person collaboration with colleagues and clients will be required as necessary.
