Sales Support Specialist

The Sales Support Specialist will provide customer service and order management for Exemplis LLC's B2B customers, which includes Corporate Sales, Wholesale, and International distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales reps with client needs related to inventory, pricing, and order processing.
- Maintain all B2B Sales Orders, alerting customers to order status and inventory allocation.
- Project manage orders to ensure on-time arrival to meet customer needs.
- Create SOPs to organize all cloud storage files.
- Field incoming calls/communications from partners and accounts.
- Assist corporate/wholesale/international partners with warranties, replacement parts orders, and online customizer.
- Manage logistics operations, including shipping quotes, tracking, and order fulfillment.
- Support preparation towards seasonal sales meetings.
- Create, disseminate, and catalogue non-seasonal product selling materials.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
