Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Growth Specialist at Regulatory DataCorp, Inc., you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new customers in mid/large financial services and Fintech companies in North America. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential, create and deliver accurate forecasts, and convert qualified leads and prospects into sales. You will also be responsible for managing the sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales. Additionally, you will consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, responsible for overall sales strategies, and generating positive business outcomes for our clients. You will articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of both RDC and its solutions to differentiate our capabilities to clients. You will master all corporate training materials, stay current on enablement track and competency development, and drive creative business development activities to penetrate white space accounts. You will develop a deep understanding of both the customers and competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with C-level contacts and their teams. You will exhibit a strong understanding of RDC solutions and know when and how to engage pre-sales/technical assistance; work with internal teams to strategize on deal activities. You will work closely with Customer Success, Account Management, and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
