Job Summary
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in medical sales and market development, with a strong ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders and drive business growth. This is a senior-level role that requires a high level of autonomy, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market development strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, including physicians and ENT surgeons
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers and sales staff
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in medical sales and market development
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and increasing market share
- Strong ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders and drive business growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary of $125,000 per year, with uncapped commissions and bonuses. Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $400,000 per year
Based on industry standards and the level of experience required for this role, the estimated salary for this position is $250,000 - $400,000 per year.
