About the Role

X4 Communications is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the wearables segment of the digital health market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the wearables sector, including partnerships with healthcare providers, fitness and wellness companies, and other tech organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital systems, payers, and digital health platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align wearable solutions with market needs and customer demands.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics in the wearable tech space to inform strategic decisions.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall expansion of our wearable product line.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the digital health or medical device space.
  • Ideally, a good understanding of wearable technology, the U.S. healthcare system, and related regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets in a tech-driven environment.
