About the Role
Mindful Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experience and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Patient Experience Coordinators to ensure seamless patient care and support
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
- Provide training and guidance to Patient Experience Coordinators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care
- Monitor and analyze patient feedback and satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement plans to address areas for improvement and improve patient satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a patient-facing role, preferably in a mental health care setting
- Proven track record of improving patient satisfaction and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
