Patient Experience Coordinator

Mindful Care is seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, handling patient scheduling and inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to patients via phone, email, and text
- Handle patient scheduling and rescheduling requests
- Collect payments and handle no-show fees
- Triangulate incoming inquiries from other departments
- Support patients through the intake process and provide basic tech support
- Manage in-office appointments and provide escort services
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office or hospital environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience verifying health insurance
- Prior customer service experience in a medical or mental health setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer proficiency
- Competitive hourly rate of $20
