Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience at Tend.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and comfort guests as they arrive at our studio
  • Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to every guest, in-studio and through various communication channels
  • Partner with the Studio Manager to ensure seamless daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and preparation for closing/opening
  • Collaborate with the entire Studio Team to optimize operations and enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to provide informed recommendations to guests
Qualifications and Experiences:
  • Proven track record of delivering top-notch customer service and hospitality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse team
  • Positive, can-do attitude and flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including early mornings, late evenings, holidays, and weekends
