About the Role:

  • Provide outstanding patient service with empathy and understanding, addressing patient needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage patient charts, and verify insurance and payment information.
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager, supporting the smooth operation of our practice.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with patients.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
