Your focus will be on ensuring that our teams prioritize customer satisfaction in every interaction. What You Can Expect.

In this role, you will manage the store, restaurant, and tire care services at a Love's Travel Stop location. Expect a dynamic and fast-paced environment. One moment you may be assisting in the store, the next you could be supporting tire care, and then stepping in to help in the restaurant. Your responsibility will be to drive sales growth through effective merchandise execution, ensuring your teams are well-trained and delivering exceptional service in line with our commitment to "Clean Places, Friendly Faces."

  • Are you available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays?
  • Do you have 2 or more years of experience in retail, travel stop, convenience store, big box, grocery, or department store management?
  • Do you have 2 or more years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume exceeding $2 Million?
  • Do you have 2 or more years of experience analyzing and interpreting budgets and P&L statements?
  • Do you have 2 or more years of experience supervising and training a team of 5-10 employees?
  • Do you possess a valid Driver's License?
  • Are you proficient with computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel?
