  • Providing training and mentorship to all store staff.
  • Collaborating closely with the Regional Supervisor.

  • Creating a sense of belonging among team members.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and sanitation standards.

Additional Duties: Other responsibilities may include:

  • Developing employee schedules and delegating tasks.
  • Monitoring the execution of assigned responsibilities.
  • Assessing staff performance.
  • Setting sales targets.
  • Conducting inventory checks for retail and deli items.
