  • Program Management
    • Define and monitor program governance to ensure effective project delivery.

    • Provide inputs to strategic plans and work as an extended arm for customers' senior stakeholders.
    • Make decisions and communicate trade-offs and risks; drive key decisions across projects.
  • Financials and Business Acumen
    • Contribute in P&L-related activities.
    • Identify and drive actions for engagements' profitability improvement.
    • Drive presales activities for business expansion.
  • Requirements
    • 15-18 years of software development experience, in the BFSI domain.
    • 7-9 years of program management experience.
    • Experience in managing teams (s) in Offshore/Onsite models.
    • Should possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Should have strong client management and interaction experience.
    • Proficient with MS Project or similar software and MS Office applications.
    • Experience in leading cross-functional project teams, consisting of 30-40 members.
    • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, including conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a professional manner with technology staff, business stakeholders, end-users, management, and others outside the organization.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to drive multiple projects.
  • Future Role Progression Potential
