College Brand Manager

The Enrollment Marketing and Digital Strategy team at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a highly skilled College Brand Manager to lead and execute the strategic direction, vision, and creative standards for college-specific external communications and marketing efforts. This role will support the university's broader goals while working closely with deans, associate/assistant deans, chairs, faculty, and support staff in various college units.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and communications plans for multiple colleges, ensuring alignment with the university's strategic vision and distinctive brand.
- Collaborate with college leadership to develop external marketing and communication initiatives, focusing on key objectives and responsibilities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand the target audiences and influencers of the colleges, driving positive engagement and revenue impact.
- Design and execute strategies and data-informed tactics to increase brand awareness across multiple channels, including email and social media.
- Partner with the Creative Strategy & Brand Management team to design themes and tone for college publications, annual reports, and event marketing.
- Write original material for publication, including articles, reports, and newsletters, and edit high-profile content for style, tone, and structure.
- Manage critical projects and lead or supervise project teams responsible for wide-reaching impact or high-profile assignments.
