About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with peers and store leaders to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features, providing accurate and informative recommendations to customers.
  • Assist with merchandising and operational functions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
