Job Title: Contact Center Representative

Job Summary:

The Contact Center Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to analyze and resolve customer issues, and work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding banking products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance standards for quality, occupancy, and adherence

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months customer service experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues
  • Basic computer navigation and keyboarding skills

Work Environment:

The Contact Center Representative will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to change, work effectively in a team environment, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
