Colaborarás estrechamente con equipos internos de proyectos y partes interesadas clave para apoyar el progreso fluido de los proyectos.


Forma parte de nuestro equipo en crecimiento. Buscamos un jugador de equipo con una capacidad comprobada para gestionar la ejecución general de BIM y el desarrollo de dibujos de coordinación para nuestros proyectos.


Tareas y Responsabilidades Esenciales:
  • Como Especialista en Proyectos BIM/CAD, colaborarás en la gestión de proyectos con diseñadores involucrados en la integración de modelos.
  • Asistirás a reuniones iniciales con el personal de diseño y/o operaciones al comienzo del proyecto para asegurar que se comprendan el Nivel de Desarrollo, el alcance, los detalles del proyecto y los requisitos contractuales antes de que comience la modelación.
  • Participarás activamente en reuniones de coordinación y diseño BIM.
  • Revisarás documentos contractuales, identificarás problemas y desarrollarás soluciones en coordinación con el equipo de Gestión de Proyectos.
  • Colaborarás con miembros del equipo interno/externo según sea necesario; revisarás dibujos de taller, realizarás visitas al sitio y ayudarás a otros según sea necesario.
  • Desarrollarás, manipularás y mantendrás modelos 3D utilizando Revit para proyectos durante la preconstrucción y construcción.
  • Generarás dibujos de coordinación CAD para sistemas de HVAC y fontanería (Revit, AutoCAD, Navis Works).
  • Producirás dibujos electrónicos 'As-Built'.
  • Mantendrás archivos de dibujos del proyecto y asegurarás que el personal de campo tenga los dibujos más actualizados.
Calificaciones Mínimas:
  • Conocimiento sólido y comprensión del proceso de Coordinador BIM/CAD y gestión de proyectos en construcción.
  • 1-3 años de modelado y coordinación BIM.
  • Título universitario en disciplina relacionada (Gestión de Construcción, Ingeniería Mecánica) preferido o título técnico de 2 años o combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.
  • Experiencia con software BIM como AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, etc.
  • Altamente organizado, orientado a los detalles y consciente.
  • La capacidad de leer y comprender dibujos de construcción es esencial.
  • Conocimiento de los códigos y estándares apropiados que rigen los requisitos de diseño y operación.
  • Conocimiento práctico de software de programación, Microsoft Office y MS Project 2013 es útil.
  • Excelentes habilidades verbales y escritas en inglés.
  • Licencia de conducir válida en buen estado.
  • Elegibilidad para trabajar en los EE. UU. sin necesidad de patrocinio actual o futuro.
